INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION - A CONDITION FOR INCREASING THE EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL OF A MODERN UNIVERSITY
In order to strengthen educational and scientific ties within the framework of the Agreement on International Cooperation between the Faculty of Law of the Yu. M. Auezov and Tashkent State Law University On November 24, 2022, a business visit was made by the faculty of the Department of Criminal Procedure Law of the Tashkent State Law University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The composition of the delegation attended an open lesson of the professor of the department "Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure", Doctor of Law. Mitskoy E. V. in the discipline "Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and got acquainted with the experience of effective application of innovative methods of teaching the discipline. The staff of the department "Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure", together with the students and the composition of the delegation, organized a scientific round table on the topic "Comparative legal analysis of the criminal procedure legislation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan", which was made by speakers with reports, discussed general topical issues of the criminal legislation of the two states .
