The Academic Honesty League and M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University held a competition for the Academic Honesty Day on October 18, 2024. The theme of the competition was "Academic Honesty Among Young People and Enhancing Its Role in Modern Education." The goal of the event was to attract the attention of young people to issues of ethics and academic honesty, as well as to develop a culture of responsibility and respect for intellectual work. To ensure transparency and objectivity in assessing the works, independent experts from the United States were involved in their review. Based on the results of the competition, the jury selected the best works. Certificates of appreciation were awarded to: Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Relations and International Law of the Law Faculty of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University Orynbayev Zh.B., 4th-year student of group YM-21-3a Nurmanova Dana, 3rd-year student of group YM-23-3TK, Amangeldy Daniyal. The organizers expressed gratitude to the participants for their contribution to popularizing the values of academic integrity. Such initiatives play an important role in strengthening ethical standards in the educational environment and forming future professionals with high moral principles.
