On December 19, 2024, a seminar on the topic "Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs" was held, organized by the Department of "Civil Law and Civil Procedure" of the Law Faculty of the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov with the participation of the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the city of Shymkent. The seminar was attended by the Dean of the Law Faculty, PhD in Law, Associate Professor Elikbay M.A., Head of the Department of "Civil Law and Civil Procedure", PhD in Law Rakhmetova G.R., Deputy Head of the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the city of Shymkent Sartbaeva A.Zh., Bailiff of the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the city of Shymkent Yesimova A.T. and teachers and students took part in the seminar. During the seminar, participants expressed their opinions on issues of organizing enforcement proceedings, practical implementation, prospects for legal regulation, protecting the rights of parties in enforcement proceedings, and improving the activities of state and private bailiffs.
