General information, history of department General information The Department of Civil Law was created in 2003, it was headed by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Tolegen Z.S. Zhaylauova The main goal and direction of the department "Civil law and civil procedure": 6B04210-Jurisprudence, 7M074216-Scientific civil law (magistracy). Educational program for teaching students to apply in practice the knowledge gained in the disciplines of civil and civil procedural law. The main goal of the faculty of the department is to train qualified lawyers capable of solving legal problems. Graduates of the Faculty of Law who received a Bachelor of Laws degree at the time of graduation can work in the following specialties: law enforcement agencies, legal consultant, lawyer, notary, bailiff, judge, prosecutor, etc. Direction The teachers of the department prepare curricula for various disciplines, make changes and additions to the curriculum, conduct methodological instructions for seminar (practical) classes, develop students' independent work. To improve the work of the department, teachers consider issues related to the field of activity and try to find solutions. An integrated approach to the types of education in the state and Russian languages is being carried out. Teachers, together with students, participate in research work, scientific and methodological seminars. To increase the interest of students in research, the faculty of the department holds conferences on various topics, and a student scientific circle "Adilet" has been created and operates to work in this direction. Supervision of educational work of students in groups is carried out. Work is underway to encourage students to have patriotic qualities, patriotic feelings, respect for the participants of the Second World War and other war veterans, the formation of religious tolerance, a healthy lifestyle, spiritual and moral education.
